A: From templating we aim to return to fit your product within 5 days. Please note that you will also need to arrange for a Corgi registered electrician and plumber to connect your hob and plumb your sink.
A: We can give you a same-day quotation by e-mail, fax, or phone, providing that you have given us a basic plan and measurements, with details of cut-outs and colour. Or simply make an appointment and bring your details along to our factory where we’ll be able to give you an immediate quote.
A: We provide quick templating and fitting services, each of which will take a couple of hours, depending on size. To make the job quicker, all of our granite products are sealed before leaving the factory.
A: We require a 50% deposit upon placement of the order and the remainder of funds will be cleared on completion. We accept payment by banker’s draft or building society cheque.
Unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments.
A: We have an excellent advisory service and can speak to you on the phone or in person at our factory (you will need to make an appointment first). In addition, we can send samples which are hand delivered.
A: You won’t! We will advise you thoroughly throughout the process to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. However, should the need arise, you can amend your order at any time before the template has been taken.
A: Yes. We will advise you of this at the quotation stage.
A: Yes, to within one hour. We maintain excellent customer relations through sticking to our specified delivery times. At the order stage you will be given dates for the template and fit. We will contact you the day before our visit and advise you whether we will be arriving in the morning or afternoon. We can also give you an hour’s notice if requested. If you are given ‘first job’, we’ll be ready to start work at 8.30am.
A: Problems are rare, but in such cases we will send a qualified after care service engineer to assess and rectify the problem. Please let us know of any such problems immediately.
A: Yes, providing that the specifications are within health and safety regulations.
A: No, but we can suggest retailers (please note that these are not recommendations).
